Officiant fees are location-based. Destinations like Aspen, Steamboat, Telluride, Pagosa Springs & Crested Butte automatically add a required travel fee so Wendee arrives the day before — it will appear as a separate line item below.

How many attendants (bridesmaids, groomsmen, best-people) will stand up with you? 5 or more requires a morning rehearsal.

Buttercream icing. Wendee delivers & sets up with matching florals 2 hours before the ceremony, or for elopements & small weddings sets up on-site with table, stand, cutting supplies, plates, forks, napkins & flutes.

Retainer & refund policy
Today's $150 retainer is non-refundable and holds your date on Wendee's calendar — it is credited toward your final officiant fee. Within 1 week, Wendee will send an official contract and invoice for a 50% installment of your remaining balance (with the $150 already applied). The contract must be signed within 7 days. The final balance is due 14 days before your wedding.

I'm Wendee Vezzetti. I've been planning Colorado weddings since 1995 — three decades of navigating mountain weather, wrangling vendors, and making sure couples have the best day of their lives. In 2019 I became an ordained minister through American Marriage Ministries, and couples have been requesting me directly ever since.
You'll never get a generic script from me. Every ceremony is built together — using my online script creator (free access when you book) — so your words feel like you. Whether it's a light-hearted mountain-top exchange or a deeply spiritual gathering, I show up early, dressed appropriately, and with a calm smile.
